Two things I can actually offer, so this is more than encouragement:

• I will link it from the community section once it exists and has people in it. Send me the invite link here when it does.
• If you run into OmniRoute questions you cannot answer for your members, bring them to Discussions and I will answer them properly — a good answer here is one your whole community can point at later.

One honest suggestion on sequencing: a community grows around activity, not around the announcement of a community. The Bangladesh-specific angle worth building on is the part I cannot provide from here — local connectivity constraints, which free providers are actually reachable and fast from BD, pricing realities. Post that kind of finding publicly and people will come to it.

If language is a factor, replies in Bengali are welcome in Discussions; I will read them with translation and answer in English.
