API error 503

I was using claude code in vscode terminal and it suddenly stopped working after I added a bunch of new providers while it was still running, I can't figure out where I messed up, kindly help me

@tanzimmashrur-svg Sorry about that. We need a bit more to find the cause: "stopped working" can be several different things. Could you tell us:

1. What does Claude Code show when it fails: an error message (copy the text) or does it just hang?
2. Does it fail on every message, or only on some models? Which model name are you using in Claude Code?
3. Does restarting Claude Code (so it reads the new settings and model list) change anything? A long-running session only knows what was available when it started.
4. In the OmniRoute dashboard → Logs, does a request from Claude Code appear when it fails? If yes, what status and error does that entry show?

With those four answers we can tell whether the request never reaches OmniRoute (client side) or reaches it and fails on a provider. Please hide any API key you paste.

1. It shows"API Error: 503 Service temporarily unavailable: all targets were skipped by pre-dispatch filters. This is a server-side issue, usually temporary — try again in a moment. If it persists, check your inference gateway (localhost:20128)."
   2.I was using glm-5,claude sonnet 5,haiku-4.5,gpt 5.6 luna,opus,sol
   3.it works temporary for first response but stop working afterwards after each restart

The message tells us something specific: "all targets were skipped by pre-dispatch filters" means OmniRoute looked at every possible provider for that request and skipped each one before sending anything, so nothing reached a provider. Each skip has a reason in the log (for example "model is not in the live catalog" or "no credentials available or model excluded").

Names like glm-5, claude sonnet 5, haiku-4.5 and gpt 5 aren't OmniRoute model ids on their own (OmniRoute ids look like provider/model, a combo name, or auto/...), so a name that doesn't match any of your connected models would be skipped. To find out which it is:

1. In Claude Code, what exact model string is configured (the value of the model setting or ANTHROPIC_MODEL)?
2. In the dashboard open Models (or /v1/models) and copy the exact id of one model you expect to work; try that.
3. Set APP_LOG_LEVEL=debug, retry once, and paste the lines that say Skipping ... (they name the reason).
