Our ensemble generation parameters, defined primarily by the class GuidanceConfig, should be written directly as a "category" into any output CIF files we produce. It should be written in such a way that it is read in by any software that fully reads CIF files. Any code which writes CIF files should write this data by default if it is part of a "CIF object" (e.g. biotite's CIFFile and CIFBlock).
