This is in preparation of support for goto-cc sections in OS X Mach-O
files (#3867), where we will want to report problems while attempting to read a
file.

I believe this will break TG, but @allredj had already prepared a bump for #3867 at https://github.com/diffblue/test-gen/pull/2857. Presumably that would still do the trick.

⚠️
This PR failed Diffblue compatibility checks (cbmc commit: a3afbcf).
Build URL: https://travis-ci.com/diffblue/test-gen/builds/103506909
Status will be re-evaluated on next push.
Common spurious failures:

  • the cbmc commit has disappeared in the mean time (e.g. in a force-push)

  • the author is not in the list of contributors (e.g. first-time contributors).

  • the compatibility was already broken by an earlier merge.
