Consider adding a .codex-plugin/plugin.json manifest for Codex discoverability #18

Hey @different-ai,
I maintain awesome-codex-plugins, a curated index of Codex plugins. opencode-browser (306 stars) automates Chrome for coding agents but it's not discoverable through the Codex plugin search path.
The .codex-plugin/plugin.json manifest format works across Claude Code, Codex CLI, and OpenCode. Adding one would make it findable by Codex users. We also have a scanner that validates structure.
Let me know if you'd like to add one.
