Our HAR snapshots work excellent for testing things about an initial pageload. But sometimes we need to test against things that only happen dynamically in javascript after the page has loaded, or after the user has made some clicks. We can create these snapshots by exporting a giant HTML blob using SingleFile. They don't work quite as well as a HAR snapshot (interactivity is usually broken), but they work for testing.
In this PR, we refactor from "har" to "corpus", where each entry of the "corpus" is either a HAR or an HTML export.
