diffpy.cmi entry point #43

Problem
we have a cmi entry point, but my instinct was to run diffpy.cmi and it didn't work. I was confused
Proposed solution
as well as the cmi entry point, that is quicker to type, have a diffpy.cmi entry point that is more intuitive. They can point to the same place so they, redundantly, do the same thing.
