The list of designations in Article 2(3) are specific to that legislation, is the intention for this specification to encompass wider designations? E.g. Article 4 Directions, Green Space.

I'm of the view that 'constraints' and 'designations' don't need to be so categorically distinct - they are all characteristics of a site that may impact development.
