dwelling-4-years	Single Dwelling Use Began 4+ Years Ago	Use as a single dwelling house began more than 4 years ago.
other	Other	Any other grounds, such as permitted development or exemptions.

@colmjude FYI, this has been updated by MHCLG now to reflect current legislation. Unsure why the 'after' list contains less options than the 'before' one? They may simply have been consolidated I guess.
