Definitive address and Unique Property Reference Numbers (UPRNs) can be obtained from OS AddressBase , NGD products and OS Places API. A limited address search can be performed at www.findmyaddress.co.uk

This will help locate the address for the Agent and other actors as well as the site/plot/property address

A lot of contributions have mentioned adding in UPRN when available. This could be something the software determines using things like OS AddressBase as the applicant/agent won't always know the UPRN.

Rule: one phone number provided should have contact-priority == primary

I would suggest that we capture contact details consistently across all types, be that separately or as part of this component. I see no reason why PIP needs treating differently?
