Fax should be a 'may' as shown, or removed

Agreed. There is an issue for removing the fax number and we are checking with policy colleagues whether there is any reason not to remove it.

Is there a need to have contact details in the agent-details module if they exist here? It seems that most of application types require the agent-contact and agent-details modules so the contact details object ends up being included twice. This is also true for the applicant contact/details modules
