Remembering to manually add release tags to commits is kind of a pain since we make changes infrequently. This updated workflow auto-increments the patch version unless a bigger version increment is specified. Also, it auto-posts a message to product-docs-dev to remind everyone to run a
vale-synclocally so that folks arent missing the latest vale rules.
