Description
This PR adds a reusable CI workflow and lints the codebase.
Changes
.github/workflows/ci.ymlthat makes a call to theislandora-module-cireusable workflow fromdigitalutsc/reusable_workflows, passing in the module name and disabling Chromedriver installation.jq: error (at web/modules/contrib/relation_extend/composer.json:6): null (null) has no keys.
