Remove the dual-render mic position swap (idle vs typing). The mic now stays in a single spot on the command strip, preventing unmount/remount on each keystroke which could interrupt active recordings. Also removes dead comment from ChatView. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
