Expose typescript declarations

I'm trying to use this package in a Typescript application, but it doesn't have type declarations.

As a workaround for now I installed @types/ws package and use it like follows:

import { WebSocket as WebSocketNotTyped, WebSocketServer as WebSocketServerNotTyped } from 'ultimate-ws';
import { WebSocketServer as WebSocketServerTyped, WebSocket as WebSocketTyped } from 'ws';

const WebSocket: typeof WebSocketTyped = WebSocketNotTyped;
const WebSocketServer: typeof WebSocketServerTyped = WebSocketServerNotTyped;
