Automatic sync.

• Auto sync on startup: pull remote Slogs changes once when Obsidian finishes loading.
• Auto push on change: push a synced file to Slogs ~1.5s after it is edited, created, deleted, or renamed (debounced).
• Auto pull interval (seconds): periodically pull remote changes; set 0 to disable.

All three are toggleable in plugin settings. Conflicts are surfaced for manual resolution and never silently overwritten.
