Add Array programs

I’d like to contribute new beginner-friendly Java programs related to arrays. These programs will help learners practice array manipulation and logical problem-solving.

Proposed Programs

-Average of array
-Intersection of two arrays
-shuffle array

Why Add These?

-Arrays are a fundamental topic for beginners in Java.
-These problems cover different levels of logic — from basic to slightly advanced.
-They’ll enhance understanding of loops, conditions, and array operations.
