The natural place for this seems to be Framework -> Roles and Job profiles. At the moment, there is a persona for a Research Software Engineer there, but the "Learn more" button just leads to https://directframework.com/roles/#role-1. The same issue with "Learn more" buttons for the other two cards displayed there. I guess the intention was that "learn more" should lead somewhere else where the details information about RSE skills and competencies is systematically presented?

Each role in the Roles page has a "Learn More" button that just links to the same page. These buttons are redundant and should be removed.
