Presets and Bookmarks

Describe the Bug

At some point we renamed Presets & Bookmarks to just Bookmarks however the Docs still refer to this everywhere in as "Presets" which is the majority of this feature. To prevent confusion I think we should either keep this menu label as original Presets & Bookmarks or if we need a shorter label just Presets as that is what this feature is known as and how it is referred to.

To Reproduce

• Look at the settings side bar of a Directus instance
• Open the docs https://docs.directus.io/user-guide/settings/presets-bookmarks.html

The docs are mostly geared towards "presets" so making the connection that Bookmarks === Presets is not intuitive.

@rijkvanzanten it's an app thing as well as a docs thing. It's inconsistently named within the app

We are landing on 'presets', but this still needs consistency within the app.

From a docs standpoint this is now consistent as 'Presets' in the new docs work, but it is inconsistent in the app. I am going to reassign this to the web team.
