Resolves `ember.using-amd-bundles` deprecation in the asset-processor We're also using the deprecated bundle via `@embroider/compat` for the legacy plugin build. Adding it to the deprecation-silencer to keep that quiet until we finish migrating to the ROLLUP_PLUGIN_COMPILER
