• bugfix: Use-after-free in LLVM MC generator. Avoids non-determinism with .crel and .rela sections, and appearance of 'invalid symbol index' and '.eh_frame: relocation is not in any piece'
• Added dk gc clear to fully remove cache and out-of-date data directories, and dk gc info for basic information.
• MlFront_Cli.Console will no longer set DISABLE_NEWLINE_AUTO_RETURN on Windows since that interfered with spawned Windows programs like xwin. Fixes #6.
• Add -O ReleaseWithDebugInfo optimization option that includes a PDB for Windows targets.
• Turn off dead code elimination in -O ReleaseSmall. This is a temporary mitigation for #7.
