Clicking on Standard.site feed listing attribution should be more useful

When you click on one of the attributions (author handles) above feed listings for standard.site posts, the following modal is surfaced:

This is a little confusing because it is unclear that this action is to add a feed. Maybe I want to see their Bluesky or something. I think making the modal more multipurpose would be nice — Bluesky profile links and so on.

It also now just says "Add @\handle" as the card title.

I'm also now realizing that you can't unsubscribe from a publication you are already subscribed to in this modal either. Would be a great touch.
