v1.0 update

I have done some clean-up of old files, and most importantly updated some wording here and there.

Most important change is adding files for v1.0.json

@hcayless This requires checking:

• if the URI works with what you are working on.
• if the turtle change I did make sense...

It all looks good to me. The changes to the FAQs look good--especially the removal of the hydra references and the clarification that DTS doesn't require TEI XML. I like the tone of the README announcement too. Ready to go!

Can we soft launch it by not changing the navigation.yml link and merging? That would give us the chance to look it over ahead of time and maybe notice if there are more tweaks needed.

I would do everything at once and fix later ? But most importantly I want to make sure that my change on the turtle file are okay and ask you where the turtle file should go ?
