For designers: VISUAL_IDENTITY.md has all color values, typography specs, and icon guidelines.

For anyone writing copy: TONE_OF_VOICE.md has the three principles with concrete before/after examples.

For strategy/positioning: BRAND_DNA.md covers the full brand framework -- purpose, audiences, value prop, and archetype.
