Overlay suggestions - prevent dismisal, rotate display through active alerts, add x/y counter

First, thanks for this. This is exactly the sort of solution I've been thinking about for my HA setup.

I would like alerts to have a configuration option to prevent the overlay from being dismissed. Using HA as a dashboard, I don't want a casual user to be able to remove an overlay alert if the condition is still met.

When there are multiple alerts in the overlay, it would be great to have that rotate the banner display through the alerts just like the card does. x/y display would be good too.

🎉 All three suggestions shipped in v1.3.11 (just released).

1. Prevent dismissal

New Allow manual dismissal toggle in the Overlay editor tab. When off:

• The close button (✕) is removed from the toast
• The auto-hide timer is skipped (overlay_duration is ignored)
• The banner stays until the triggering condition clears

Exactly what you described for your HA-as-dashboard setup with casual users.

2. Rotate through active alerts

New Rotate between multiple alerts toggle. When on, if multiple alerts are simultaneously active, the overlay banner cycles through them automatically. Rotation list updates in real time as alerts become active or resolve.

3. x/y counter

Shows in the top-right corner of the toast as a small pill (1/3, 2/3, 3/3...) when rotation is active and there's more than one alert. Hidden when there's only one.

New config option overlay_rotation_interval (default 5s, range 1-60s) controls how long each alert is shown before switching to the next.

All three are available in the Overlay tab of the visual editor, no YAML needed. Translated in all 12 languages.

Also fixed #222 in the same release — overlay now works without having to visit the card's view first. See the issue thread.
