Summary

  • send an explicit User-Agent on crates.io API version checks in the Rust release workflow and local publish script
  • allows the v0.5.1 Rust release workflow to skip already-published core and continue publishing webapp/app/cli

Verification

  • bash -n bin/release-crates-io
  • git diff --check
  • checked crates.io API requests locally with the same User-Agent
