Added info/objective/warning icons in other colours (blue/green/red partially already exist, plus yellow, orange, purple, white, brown, grey, the other green). I made coloured activated !s, but general normal !s don't flash (neither does ?), so I didn't add them to filelist. All messages flash gold when selected hence why they're set up that way.

For reference, I've called the faded green "green" and the bright green "pgreen" as in "Player green". Feel free to change if you think of a better name.
I haven't made lo-res sprites for these yet, I don't want to atm but will one day maybe :)
