Crashes before the program starts

I am trying to run the "current" version of systemC v.2.2.0. The project compiles fine. I am now trying to run the pipe example. I made few changes to make it compile successfully but now it crashes before the program even starts. I am getting error: Unhandled exception at 0x77D88F05 (ntdll.dll). Any pointers?
