remove all reservation functionality #49

this feature doesn't currently work and would be nearly impossible to implement. Janna's view is the most likely use-case for the app is that service providers will access it to recommend meal locations for homeless folks. because the service providers have no means of accepting reservations and homeless folks would not likely use the feature, it should be removed for now
