s2_product = Product.get("esa:sentinel-2:l2a:v1")

The code shows the error:
requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='platform.descarteslabs.com', port=443).

I went to the down test website, and it showed: It's not just you! platform.descarteslabs.com is down. I want to know the open time.
