Sub projects

oeGen will come with many sub-projects. The first five will be:
- liboegendb: a dynamic linked library providing a database abstraction layer with a plain C interface.
- liboegendb-qt: a Qt based C++ wrapper around liboegendb
- oegen-admin-ncurves: a terminal-based database administration client
- oegen-ncurves: a normal (poweruser) terminal-based client
- oegen-qt: a Qt-based graphical client for the poweruser

I plan to release also clients for unexperienced users and for other graphical environments such as gnome or Windows (maybe).
