Hi 👋, I'm Daniel Lee

A Computer Science major from Georgia Tech

Here are some experiences and projects I've worked on!

  • Allen Institute File Provenance Project

    • This past summer, I developed a file hierarchical relationship tracking system to improve the organization of the Cell Science File Management System for over 50 Allen Institute Researchers
    • Though I can't display the actual work and code, here's a poster summary of the problem background and our solution:

  • Federated Learning System for Liver Fibrosis Diagnosis with MRE Image Classification

    • As an undergraduate researcher at Georgia Tech's Biorobotics and Human Modeling Lab, I created a Federated Learning system to effectively train an MRE image classification ML model across several independent devices to promote data privacy.

  • Parkinson's Detection Model

    • With Georgia Tech's Big Data Big Impact club, I implemented a random forest regression based on protein/peptide data and Parkinson's severity levels from over 5000 patients to predict the monthly progression of Parkinon's disease. Our goal was to find a better way to diagnose and treat patients based on the predicted progression of their disease.

  • Dungeon Crawler Video Game

    • With my five-member project team, we developed a 2D Dungeon Crawler video game with an MVVM architectural pattern
