[bug] Content alignment

On the Programs page, the first paragraph is not aligned with the rest of the body.

Expected behavior

• All content should follow the current alignment of the body (Program of Study onwards)
• All headers should be using the header font style (Tropikal)
• Font size of the links should be the same as the paragraph.
