Completed: BasicObjects, Imperfections, LoadCasesAndCombinations, Loads (half)

Other Notes / Comments:

• To complete remaining tasks after marketing tasks are completed
• Some other minor variable and cosmetic changes
• bracing.py and frame.py libraries completely commented out, should these be added to To-Do?

Why proper sizing of changes matters
