Pull request overview
Adds a CONTRIBUTING.md guide to document local development workflow for diffview.nvim contributors.
Changes:
- Document how to run the test suite locally via
make testandTEST_PATH=... make test. - Document formatter requirements and commands (StyLua with LuaJIT feature) matching CI.
- Add brief conventions for commit messages and enabling debug logging via
DEBUG_DIFFVIEW.
