Thanks for the report; this turned out to be a real gap rather than something wrong with your setup. Two things were going on:
Both are addressed in v0.380.0 (edge): feeds now fall back to a CalDAV REPORT (calendar-query) when the URL has no GET-able export, basic credentials are sent on the first request, and refresh errors now show the actual reason (e.g. HTTP 403). To set it up: Widgets → Calendar Feeds → Discover, with I don't have an iCloud calendar to test the full round trip against, so I'd appreciate you confirming whether it works on your end once you're on v0.380.0. |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
Hello,
did anyone manage to configure the calendar widget with an iCloud.com CalDAV URL? I tried with an iCloud app specific password any my Apple ID as username. This works for other CalDAV clients but on Tesserae I get the message
Refresh failed for <CALENDAR>: couldn't reach the feed URL. Check the URL is reachable from the server.I can reach other CalDAV servers from my installation. The only difference here is the authentication (
Basic). Any idea how to debug this?BR
Thorsten
