When a flash fails, include:
Device (vendor + model, e.g. Seeed reTerminal E1002)
Firmware version you selected
Browser + OS (Web Serial needs desktop Chrome or Edge)
What you saw: the on-page status text and any error, plus the browser console if you have it
For reTerminals on macOS: whether you installed the WCH CH340 driver
Reporting a board that works? Tell us the device, firmware version, and that it flashed and booted cleanly, so we can move it to Verified on the hardware table.
