overall looks good. Im still a bit confused about the output format stuff, and the tests could definitely be better, but should be ok to start.

…-full internally, properly outputs either env or json-blob, removed warning output, a bunch of refactoring
… varlock load for summary output, add vitest conf to run sequentially since the file stuff was causing tests to step on eachother
