Scraper: real version, aggregated warnings, baseline seed from compact. Output: FR->EN, graceful SIGINT (exit 130), global error handler, aligned banner. Fixes: TTY-gated sandbox ANSI, spinner cleanup on throw, score-bar NaN guard. 4158 tests, 12 new.
