Google README example doesn't work #735
Description
The Google README at https://github.com/docker/infrakit/blob/master/pkg/provider/google/README.md says to run ${PATH_TO_INFRAKIT}/infrakit-flavor-vanilla.
This doesn't exist. Also, the main README (https://github.com/docker/infrakit#binaries) links to https://github.com/docker/infrakit/blob/master/examples/flavor/vanilla, which doesn't exist.
Running infrakit plugin start manager group vanilla google and then infrakit group commit gcp-example-1.json instead gives:
Failed to find Flavor plugin 'flavor-vanilla':plugin not found:flavor-vanilla
