The change in docker-library/official-images#4834
included Alpine 3.7.1 which includes the fix to APK so this change is
unnecessary. I believe there are other reasons we can't update to Alpine
3.8 at the moment.

Noticed that a few hours ago. I'll decline this PR for now. I looked at the output of travis and it seems there is a version conflict with LibreSSL |
