chmod: changing permissions of '/var/lib/postgresql/data/pgdata': Operation not permitted

I‘m using the latest tag of postgres. The docker is running in WSL2 of windows 11.

After adding volume for the pgdata path, the container fails. Here is the mapping of volumes,

Adding the pervilege mode does not work,

I already give the 777 permission for the folder in my WSL, it does not work,
