Alpine 3.21 images are missing versions

https://hub.docker.com/_/python/tags?name=alpine3.21 shows that only linux/386 images have been deployed. This is probably a mistake, since the plain alpine tags (that according to the description are supposed to be the same as the alpine3.21 tags) do have all the versions.

This is normal and expected -- builds are still in progress, and will be available when they're finished.
