When scrolling up to read earlier messages while the AI is streaming output, the viewport
would jump back to the bottom with each new chunk of text, making it impossible to read
previous content.
Solution
• Track when user manually scrolls away from bottom ( userHasScrolled flag)
• Only auto-scroll if user hasn't manually scrolled
• Reset flag when user scrolls back to bottom naturally
Behavior
• At bottom: Auto-scrolls as content streams (unchanged)
• Scrolled up: Content stays in place, no forced scrolling
• Scroll to bottom: Resumes auto-scroll behavior
