Return LocationLinks to help clients identify the hyperlink source better

LocationLink's originSelectionRange can help the client identify what the textDocument/definition is for. Without it, hyphens (and possibly other characters) can cause clients to highlight the wrong "word" which can confuse the user as to what is going to happen when they click on the "word".
