docker-py version 6.0.0 not installing for python 3.6

docker-py failing to install for python version 3.6.8 and 3.6.10

Tested using pip install docker==6.0.0

I see this was closed, so guessing you figured something out, but for anyone else who stumbles upon this issue: Python 3.6 was EOL as of December 2021, so the minimum supported version for docker-py 6.0.0 is 3.7.
