Type of issue

Information is incorrect

Description

The LocalStack with Docker guide is using the deprecated /docker-entrypoint-initaws.d/ directory for initialization in the docker-compose.yml snippet. This method has been deprecated and was removed in version 2.0 of LocalStack.

Newer versions of LocalStack use the /etc/localstack/init/ready.d directory for initialization scripts. This discrepancy is misleading and could lead users down the wrong path.

Location

Suggestion

My suggestion would be to update the volume to use the /etc/localstack/init/ready.d directory, and to include a quick mention about how to use the directory under Step 5 ("Create an S3 bucket manually"). And also, include a link to the documentation that outlines how the init hooks work, such as: https://docs.localstack.cloud/references/init-hooks/.

I'm happy to submit a PR that does as much if you agree.
