[docs-scanner] Subscription tier information may be outdated in Scout analysis docs #24491

Issue

The documentation states specific subscription limits that may be outdated:

Docker Personal comes with 1 Scout-enabled repository. You can upgrade your Docker subscription if you need additional repositories.

Subscription tiers and their feature limits change over time. This statement should be verified against current subscription offerings to ensure accuracy. If the limit has changed, users will receive incorrect information about what's included in their subscription.

Suggested fix

Verify the current Scout repository limits for Docker Personal. If the information is correct, consider whether it should link to the pricing page as the source of truth rather than stating the number inline (to reduce maintenance burden). If incorrect, update to reflect current limits.

Alternatively, remove the specific number and link directly to pricing:

Docker Personal includes Scout-enabled repositories. See [Subscriptions and features](https://www.docker.com/pricing?ref=Docs&refAction=DocsScoutAnalysis) to learn how many Scout-enabled repositories come with each subscription tier.
