The specific TOS page for AI is still in flight, but that page should be ready tomorrow or Friday.

@jalonsogo Do users need to sign in to their account to enable Gordon?
| 1. Open the **Settings** view in Docker Desktop. | ||

| 3. Check the **Enable Docker AI** checkbox. | ||
| 4. Select **Apply & restart**. |

I believe users should now click on the "Accept and enable" button before selecting Apply & restart.

In the TOS modal you mean? I have this in the doc:
You must agree to the terms before you can enable the feature.
I guess that should suffice? Or do you mean something else? I can't see the new UI, not able to get nightly builds of DD atm.
