fix: move llms page options out of title

Description

• Moves "Page options" menu out of title so that it doesn't show up in Kapa responses/titles
• Now it is in the aside, which is not even in the block, so this should fix the issue

• To confirm it is removed from the title: Inspect the page options element
• Will need to do a Kapa refresh/ingest after this is merged to fix

LGTM.

Not an issue, just noting the visual difference. It creates an empty column between the content and the right sidebar.
For the pages without the dropdown, the spacing is slightly different between the content and the right sidebar. For example, https://deploy-preview-22462--docsdocker.netlify.app/reference/cli/docker/buildx/build/
